JOHN Mathias will join other local singers Jill Taylor, Jane Hyde, Martin Roche and Adrian Pollitt for the Craig Smith Masterclass for singers at the Bolton Library Theatre on September 6 at Bolton's Library Theatre.
It will be led by Craig Smith, who is in Germany this month to perform Nabucco. In September he will be in Turkey to perform the baritone solo in Carmina Burana.
His last performance is on September 5 but he has promised to be back in Bolton in time for this special Masterclass night.
Tickets for the Masterclass, which starts at 7.15pm, are available from Margaret Owens on 01204 525698.
The money raised will help Bolton Catholic Musical and Choral Society who are taking a choir on a concert tour of Finland next year.
