THE Pied Piper is forsaking Hamelin and coming to Bolton this summer. The target isn't rats but young people keen to try new sports.
Pied Piper is a roving sports programme for eight to 15-year olds in the Deane, Derby and Daubhill areas.
Sports coaches wil be travelling around the "3D's" area, giving free training sessions in football, netball, rounders, cricket, rugby and tennis.
The organisers are hoping that the sessions will draw more and more children into following the scheme around - just like the piper did. More information on 522311, ext 4025.
