SIR: May I thank the people of Bolton for their continuing support and generosity at four of our recent fund-raising events.
The Easter Egg Raffle in 90 outlets throughout the town, April Amble around Edgworth, Moss Bank Park Gala and our Flag Day Street Collection realised nearly £2,000.
All monies raised will now be distributed locally to local worthy causes, with the proceeds of the walk going towards Bolton's Vision Aid Children.
