BOLTON-born Andrew Pollard has been promoted to Salaried Partner at construction cost consultants and project managers, Henry Riley & Son.
Mr Pollard, aged 33, who was most recently a senior associate, has been with the firm since 1982 when he joined as a junior surveyor.
He has headed the Bolton office since 1991 and has been responsible for developing the North-west branch of the national practice.
The Bolton practice has been working with Manchester Airport for the last l8 months, providing cost consultancy as well as CDM planning supervisory work.
