SIR: I have been surprised at the recent letters and articles bemoaning the lack of Ballroom Dancing facilities in Bolton. For the last 18 months I have been going to Hughes' Dance Centre in Bradshawgate on Wednesday evenings. Starting as a complete beginner, I now thoroughly enjoy being able to waltz, quickstep, foxtrot etc.
There are people on hand to teach the basics, opportunity to practise, and some tuition during the evening for those who want to learn more. It is inexpensive, convenient and great fun.
So, for those people looking for dancing sessions other than sequence dancing - come and join us on Wednesday evenings at 8.30.
