SIR: I am writing this letter to let people know what a bad area Highfield in Farnworth is.
I have lived in this area for the last five years and since that time I have had three cars stolen and none has ever been recovered.
It just shows you the vermin that live on this estate and what is being done to catch these people who make your lives so miserable.
