RESIDENTS are being urged to report the names of drug dealers in a bid to combat the evil epidemic.
Police have introduced their "dealerspotting" initiative in a bid to remove the increasing amount of drugs being sold on the streets of Bolton and the rest of Greater Manchester.
The phone line plan is part of Greater Manchester Police's Operation Jigsaw initiative, which as already reported in the BEN, aims to crack down on the spread of drugs. The public are being asked to help by reporting suspected dealers on the confidential freephone Crimestoppers number 0800 555 111.
