BURY keeper Dean Kiely's price tag will not be affected by York City's transfer tribunal walk-out on Tuesday.

The Football League will not set a new date until the selling club have outlined the reasons behind their early departure from the original hearing which ended in chaos. The Yorkshire club, who want upwards of £500,000 for the talented 25-year-old keeper, were unhappy about the manner they were required to give evidence and the two clubs are now waiting for a new date.

But while the Football League now require York to explain their objections, they insist there will be no change in procedures and their dramatic walkout will not have any bearing on the next hearing. Bury boss Stan Ternent was today waiting for news on his latest casualty, striker Ronnie Jepson, who joined Gordon Armstrong and long term injury victims Chris Lucketti and David Pugh on the treatment table after limping out of Tuesday night's impressive victory at Wycombe Wanderers after scoring the only goal.
