BOLTON Wanderers' move into the future is set to be marked with an exhibition of the club's past.

Council arts chiefs are planning to hold an event called Football Glory: The Burnden Park Story at the Bolton Art Gallery, Le Mans Crescent from April 26 to August 9 next year.

It will coincide with the club's move from the famous old stadium on Manchester Road to its plush new all-seater stadium at Horwich. The idea is that it will feature memorabilia held by the club which is not currently on public view.

It will tell the story of the early development of the club and display the facilities which will be available at the new stadium.
