SIR: It is shameful that bullying at the children's home referred to in tonight's BEN was also in evidence when the children dined. It is disgusting that no one saw one child being left out.
But congratulations to a caring Boltonian Alan Yates. You are indeed a gentleman and one who gives time for his fellow man. Thank you from one who also understands and feels deeply for this unfortunate boy. Bullying is horrendous and remains with you all your life, as I know.
