A WOMAN suffered serious head injuries when she fell from a horse box on the eastbound M62 at Whitefield yesterday.
Joanne Curbishley, aged 22, of Nortley, near Chester is in intensive care at Walton Hospital.
The vehicle was being driven by her sister Nicola.
