A DEMONSTRATION will take place in Bolton's town hall square tomorrow to mark the 10th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster.

Tomorrow it will be exactly 10 years since the horror first started to unfold and Bolton CND is marking the day with the rally, which will run from 11am to 2pm.

Leaflets, information and photographs will be available for the public to look at, said Bolton CND publicity officer Bertie Lewis.

He added: "We are totally against nuclear power and feel we shouldn't keep on having nuclear power stations."
