NELSON-based Northern Technologies are advising manufacturers of electronic goods to be aware of a new EU directive.
In conjunction with the University of Salford they are holding an open day on April 26 to discuss the Electromagnetic Compatibility Standard which all goods containing electronic components have to comply with. It is hoped the open day will boost awareness of the law, that affects distributors and retailers as well as manufacturers.
