A LOCAL rider has qualified for the a national show jumping championships.
Maxine Jagger, from Ainsworth, has qualified for the Hunter Wilson Novice show jumping championships to be held at the Royal International Horse Show, Hickstead, in July.
The championships are designed for senior riders with novice horses to give them the chance of qualifying for a prestigious final.
Maxine made the final at Blackdyke Farm, Carlisle, in October with her horse, "Just a Sprinkle".
