WORK is about to start on a £30 million housing development in Darwen.
The Belgrave Factory Mill in Bolton Road is one of Darwen's best known landmarks, but it will soon make way for 126 new homes.
Planning permission was given in February to the Northern Trust Company owned by Chorley-based millionaire Trevor Hemmings
