THE opening of a new pizza store in Bury has created 25 new jobs with additional vacancies for drivers currently being filled.
And on its first day, the Domino's Pizza outlet in Bolton Road enjoyed a bumper trade, selling 120 made-to-order pizzas. Franchisee Prentice Patience said: "Bury is a great town and I've got a fantastic team working for me. We're very excited to be opening our doors for business."
The new jobs range from professional pizza makers to delivery drivers and telephone order takers.
Prentice and his team are also planning in-store charity fundraising initiatives, store tours for youth groups and support for local events.
