AN UNSWORTH woman has won a competition to name a new £6 million state-of-the-art building at Bury College.
Barbara Hall, who is an education support worker at the college, chose the name 'The Beacon Centre' and it was approved by the college board.
Barbara received her prize of a digital camera at a presentation by college principal, Dr Helen Gilchrist.
