WINNING the UEFA Cup might be an "impossible dream" in Sam Allardyce's eyes but the Wanderers fans seem determined to back the Whites for as long as they are in it.

Early indications are that the travelling army will be bigger than ever when Wanderers go to Marseille in February aiming for a place in the last 32.

And that could mean in excess of the 3,000 who travelled to Portugal last month for the group qualifier against Vitoria Guimaraes.

Wanderers have been promised a minimum of 2,500 tickets for the Marseille game on February 23, the second leg of the knockout tie, but with the Stade de Velodrome having a capacity of 60,000, there should be scope for an additional allocation if demand exceeds the initial supply.
