MANCHESTER'S big wheel looks set to stay in the city.
The firm that owns the 196ft landmark want it to be permanent and are meeting planners later this month to discuss keeping it in Exchange Square.
World Tourist Attractions has permission to keep the 42-carriage wheel on site until April.
But the company says it now wants the wheel to be a permanent fixture. A decision could be made later next month.
