Wanderers' UEFA Cup opponents, Marseille, have managed to boost their hopes of improving on seventh position in the French Championat by signing two strikers.
Toifilou Maoulida has signed on loan from Monaco and Mickael Pagis in a £650,000 deal from Strasbourg, plus they have also snapped up experienced former Montpellier left back Jerome Bonnissel.
Maoulida and Pagis are both cup-tied and not eligible to face Wanderers in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup but Bonnisel will be available.
