A MAN accused of drink driving and damaging the window of a police car is due to stand trial at Bolton Crown Court .
James Richard Scott, aged 25, of Calverleigh Close, Hulton, Bolton, is charged with driving dangerously along Manchester Road, Bolton, while exceeding the alcohol limit and causing damage to the window of a Greater Manchester Police vehicle.
The trial is scheduled to be held on February 17 and he was granted unconditional bail.
