FORMER Coronation Street beauty Nikki Sanderson got the thumbs-up from X-Factor judges after she took to the stage for the first night of a celebrity-based version of the TV talent show.
The Bury-born actress, aged 22, sang I Got The Music in Me on last night's show and was told by panellist Sharon Osbourne: "You could go all the way to the end and win this."
Paul Daniels and his wife, Debbie McGee, became the first stars to be booted off after polling the least votes from members of the public.
