COUNCIL bosses in Bury are hoping to receive more than £800,000 to provide extended support to older people in the community.
Bury Council's adult care service and Bury Primary Care Trust have applied for £821,000 worth of Government funding to provide advocacy, befriending, gardening and shopping services.
