CHARTERED accountants Barlow Andrews, of Chorley New Road, Bolton, have appointed a new senior tax manager.
Tim Lwin, who has joined the practice from Deloitte Touche, has spent the last five years advising owner-managed businesses how they can maximise tax relief and minimise tax payments.
