ARCHITECTS and building services consultants Bradshaw Gass and Hope, based on Silverwell Street, Bolton, is part of a consortium that is on course to land the contract for a £250 million schools-building project in Lancashire.
The Catalyst Education Consortium consists of Bradshaw Gass and Hope, building firm Bovis Lend-Lease, professional services consultancy Capita Symonds and architects Ellis Williams.
The first part of the three-phase project, in Burnley and parts of Pendle, will be the design and building of nine new school complexes, mostly for pupils aged 11-16, but also a campus for a sixth form College, as well as Primary and community facilities. This first phase is due to start on site this month.
