THREE teenage boys arrested on suspicion of the manslaughter of a man who died in a factory fire have been bailed again.

The youths were arrested in April on suspicion of arson in connection with a blaze which destroyed the Klyne and Klyne DIY warehouse in Manchester Road, Walkden, in February.

Henry Earl, who had been sleeping rough and is believed to have sought shelter in the factory's loading bay, died in the fire.

His partially clothed legs and lower torso were discovered in the rubble by demolition workers.

Detectives believe he was overcome by the toxic fumes during the blaze on February 12.

Mr Earl was identified after DNA was obtained from a blood sample taken body during a post-mortem examination.

Two 14-year-old boys arrested in connection with a manslaughter inquiry will answer bail on August 30 and August 31.

A 13-year-old boy will answer bail on September All three are believed to be from the Swinton and Walkden area.
