THREE people have appeared in court in connection with the death of a Little Hulton pensioner.
Michael Wyatt, aged 26, of Stamford Avenue, Blackpool, Jonathan Buckley, aged 19, of no fixed address, and a 16-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are charged with manslaughter and burglary.
Sam Marshall, aged 66, suffered three heart attacks and died in hospital just hours after his home in Moorhey Road, Little Hulton, was raided on July 20.
All three appeared at Manchester Crown Court yesterday and were remanded in custody until October 6 when they are expected to enter pleas.
