PUNK rockers impressed pub-goers at a gig in Bolton last night.
As part of the Bolton Music Showcase, five punk bands took to the stage at The Alma Inn on Bradshawgate, Bolton.
On the bill were bands called Kamikaze Sperm, The Emos, The Kiss Off, Postcards from Wakanda and False Image.
The music, which has been described as miscellaneous distorted noise on Bolton Council's website, was at a pub which is renowned in the punk music scene.
This is the third year the live music festival has taken place, which aims to recognise talented groups from the Bolton area.
Still to come this week is the Electronica Showcase tomorrow at Number 15, Churchgate and the Showcase Finale on Thursday at The Albert Halls, in the Town Hall.
