FORMER Wanderers striker Riga has joined Spanish Second Division outfit Cartagena.
The 29-year-old former Holland Under-21 international spent two and a half seasons at the Reebok before his contract was terminated in January.
A move to Albacete fell through recently, but he was unveiled as a new signing this week by the Murcia club, who are currently seventh in the table.
