PEOPLE planning Royal Wedding celebrations in Bolton can watch a party food cookery demonstration at Bolton Market from 11am to 1pm tomorrow.
NHS Bolton’s community nutrition chef Joan Farnworth will be cooking up a storm in the market’s cookery kitchen.
The health-conscious cook will be showing shoppers how to prepare healthy buffet and party food recipes to celebrate the big day.
She will also be looking to give people ideas for their street parties and Royal Wedding bashes.
Recipes will include coronation chicken, a selection of salads and an “extra special” summer pudding.
People can sample the dishes and collect recipe cards so they can buy the ingredients from the market to recreate the meal at home.
