Firstly you've got to congratulate Blackburn (not that I like to!) on the ticket offer for our game there in October and reducing the prices to £15 and £5.

Thing I would say is in addition to just publicising it, BWFC TAKE NOTE AND LEARN!

On Saturday that was the first time we haven't sold out for the Liverpool home game since we returned to the prem.

The reason?? Very simple, it was a 'category A+ game' with tickets being priced from £31 to £39 for pay on the day supporters.

We have Wigan at home on the 4th November, if BWFC have anything about them they'd do something similar to what Blackburn have done for our game there.

Regardless of Wigan being just down the road, if it's a category A+' game as it was last season we'll be lucky if there are 23,000 on when it could be a full house.

Wigan certainly won't sell out, the same as we won't sell out this year at Wigan due to them now grading their games. The price for our visit having gone up from £28 last year to £36 this season, a rise of around 30%!

There's a great opportunity with the Blackburn away game for the supporters to demonstrate to BWFC that it is the price of getting in that's the main reason for crowds being down at the Reebok and people not attending.

I believe we can have up to 7,000 tickets for the Blackburn game and to be honest at £15 and £5 I'll be disappointed if we don't sell out.

If we do sell out it couldn't send a clearer message to the BWFC board, I just hope they get the message!
