A DRIVER was injured in a three-car collision after he was pulled over by police to take a breath test.
The 36-year-old man was sitting in the back of the police car when it was hit by a Renault Clio on Snydale Way, Bolton, near the A58 junction with the M61.
The police car, a Ford Fiesta, was then shunted into the Ford Escort of the driver who had been pulled over.
He suffered bruising to his shin and chest.
