IVAN Klasnic has been picked from the start for the must-win clash at Stoke City, in what is likely to be his last game for Wanderers.
The Croatian international is out of contract in the summer and it is understood he is likely to be named on the list of players released by the Whites at the end of next week.
But the nine-goal top scorer takes the place of David Ngog up front, as Owen Coyle goes in search of the goals his team so desperately need at the Britannia Stadium.
David Wheater's injury means a first start since early March for Zat Knight, who is another player out of contract and expected to move elsewhere next season.
They are the only two changes from the team that drew 2-2 against West Brom to set up this relegation decider – with the Whites knowing nothing but victory, and a defeat for QPR at Manchester City, will be good enough.

Dean Whitehead, Matt Etherington and Andy Wilkinson come in for Tony Pulis's side, who are looking to climb three places with victory into 11th – which would mean a record Premier League points total for the club, and an extra £2.4million in prize money.
