EVANS Easyspace, the managed offices and workshop firm, is to offer its tenants an in-house business support scheme.
The company has 11 sites in the North West, including Bolton’s Manchester Road, and a further 46 throughout the UK.
It has chosen Bolton-based Gerron, the business support services company, to deliver the scheme, which will be free to users at initial point-of-contact.
Ian Frostwick, Evans operations director, said: “We wanted to introduce a service that can help tenants compete and succeed in challenging times. With more than 50 business products and services on offer, we believe Gerron can do this in a very comprehensive way.”
The scheme is aimed at firms of all types and size and will be delivered by a team of business relationship managers provided by Gerron.
They will be available on site at various times throughout the month and will hold one-to-one clinics with businesses based at the centres, offering advice on a range of issues and arranging more hands-on support for businesses that want it.
Martyn Hughes, Gerron’s financial director, said: “This scheme is a good way for businesses to gain access to the type of support they need. There are no qualifying criteria and they can go to their on-site business relationship manager whenever they want advice”.
Gerron has a town centre office near Bradshawgate and uses a PO Box address, but most staff are mobile and visit clients in their offices and workplaces.
