YOUNG people found themselves had a 'roarsome' time when they were visited by a magnificent T-Rex.
The dinosaur stepped out from prehistoric times escaping his owner to meet excited youngsters at Chorley New Road Primary School in Horwich.
Children helped the park ranger to search for his gigantic pet — who was found dancing away to his favourite song 'Roar' by Katie Perrry.
A spokesman for the school said: "The event was the stimuli for writing week at the school and children have begun to produce thought-provoking writing based on the dino experience."
