BOLTON pop star hopeful Sian Charlesworth is to make her television debut alongside TV presenters Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby.
Sian, aged 21, of girl group City Girls, will appear in an advert with fellow band members for a new Nintendo DS game — Imagine Girl Band.
City Girls’ first single, OMG, which will be released on August 25, is also the soundtrack to the advert.
Radio One DJ Fearne is shown engrossed in playing the game that she forgets she is supposed to be interviewing City Girls, leaving them looking bored.
Sian, of Crown Point, Edgworth, got involved with the band after seeing an advert for City Girls in The Stage performing arts newspaper. She auditioned in Nottingham and London before being picked.
The former Turton sixth-former had just completed her second year of a degree course in theatre and performance but decided to put her studies on hold while she pursues a music career.
