A POPULAR town centre bar made a successful return at the weekend.
Harvey's Café Bar, in Mawdsley Street, opened its doors again after a shock closure at the end of October.
People packed into the town centre favourite to see what it had to offer and also enjoy a new menu focusing on a selection of gin and cocktails.
Speaking about Saturday's launch, new boss Jason Heyes said: "Today had been amazing. It was a rush to get everything done. We have got there eventually.
"Everyone has been saying thank you to us and how they have been lost without this place being open."
The venue has been spruced up and some improvements have been made but a full overhaul is pencilled in for early next year.
