Bolton Magistrates' Court
A CAR thief has been jailed for four weeks after admitting taking a Nissan Quashqi in Bolton without consent on September 27.
Bolton magistrates heard how, at the time Marcus Atherton, aged 22, of no fixed address, was on licence for a previous robbery.
In addition to the prison sentence he was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
