A DRIVER was cut out of a vehicle by firefighters following a crash.
Crews were called to Queen Street in Farnworth just before 12.30pm today after a two car crash.
A fire spokesman said: "Two fire engines from Bolton Central and Farnworth, along with the Technical Response Unit and Major Response Unit from Leigh attended a road traffic collision with a person trapped on Queen Street, Farnworth, Bolton.
"One casualty was extricated from a vehicle before being handed into the care of awaiting ambulance personnel.
"Crews were engaged at scene for approximately twenty five minutes."
