A HORSE riding facility will be created in Horwich after a planning application was given the green light.
Owners at Nevy Fold Farm in Old Lane applied to change the use of the land from a pasture to a fenced equestrian riding facility in December.
Planning officers gave them the go-ahead this week, stating that the development, which would be built in the north west corner of the field, would not harm the open nature of the land or affect neighbouring properties.
