Beauty fans are racing to Aldi stores after the supermarket brought back its cult Lacura dupes - with prices starting from just £2.99.
The budget beauty range has developed a huge following online thanks to products that shoppers say rival luxury brands including Elemis, Sol de Janeiro, Huda Beauty and Color Wow - but for a fraction of the price.
Leading the latest drop is Aldi’s viral Lacura Cleansing Balm, priced at just £5.99.
The cruelty-free skincare favourite recently won a major beauty award and costs 88% less than Elemis cleansing balm alternatives.
Shoppers say it “melts away makeup effortlessly” and demand has been so high that the product has repeatedly sold out in the past.
But the cleansing balm is not the only bargain causing a frenzy.
Aldi’s Lacura Body Mists, costing just £2.99, are also flying off shelves after being compared to the hugely popular Sol de Janeiro fragrance sprays that retail for several times the price.
The supermarket has launched three scents, including pistachio and salted caramel, blackcurrant and vanilla, and a fruity floral blend featuring lychee and hibiscus similar to those made by the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream creators.
Haircare fans are also snapping up Aldi’s new Wonder range, priced at £4.99 each, after shoppers compared the products to premium Color Wow favourites.
The range includes volumising sprays, root lift products and leave-in treatments designed to deliver “salon-worthy” results without the luxury price tag.
Meanwhile makeup lovers are praising Aldi’s £3.99 Full Coverage Concealer and £4.99 Setting Powder, which have drawn comparisons to high-end Huda Beauty buys.
Social media users have flooded Instagram with glowing reviews.
One shopper wrote: “Love cleansing balm!”
Another added: “The setting powder is 👌 I need to stock up.”

With beauty prices continuing to rise, Aldi’s affordable dupes are becoming increasingly popular among shoppers looking for luxury-inspired skincare, makeup and haircare without spending a fortune.
But fans may need to move quickly - Aldi’s Specialbuy beauty launches are only available while stocks last.
