POLICE have issued an appeal to help trace a missing man.
Officers shared the appeal on social media channels late last night, Thursday, February 25 to help trace David Brown, who they described as a "high-risk missing person".
His last known whereabouts were in the Leigh and Atherton area.
In the post, Greater Manchester Police said: "Please help us locate a high-risk missing person. David Brown, 35 years old, 6 foot 7" tall, slim build, last seen wearing a black jacket with black fur collar and black jeans.
"Last known whereabouts Leigh/Atherleigh area.
"If you have any information please ring 101 and quote the reference number 1514-25022021."
