Cllr Kath Schofield has stepped down from Horwich Town Council
A BY-ELECTION has been called to replace a town councillor who resigned due to ill health.
Kath Schofield, who represented Lever Park Ward on Horwich Town Council, vacated her seat in November. A by-election has now been scheduled for Thursday, February 8.
