A FORMER Natwest bank in Westhoughton could be converted into a new restaurant.
The Market Street bank closed last summer after a 29 per cent decline in use since 2011. Brian Tinniswood has now submitted plans to open a restaurant at the site, which he says would ‘provide a nice environment for the public to relax in’.
