YOURI Djorkaeff sent a TV message to Wanderers fans after helping France through to the semi-finals of the Star Sixes tournament last night.
The World Cup winner, now 49, was being interviewed after a 4-2 victory over Italy in the quarter-finals.
"Am I allowed a special dedication?β he said to the interviewer before turning to the camera and saying βFor all the Bolton fans in the world, let's go Wanderers!β
Djorkaeff played 85 games for Wanderers between 2002 and 2004, scoring 21 goals.
France play Spain in the last four of the O2 Arena tournament tonight, 7pm kick-off.
