BOLTON Futsal Club got their season off to a flying start with victories for their two teams.
The first team beat Loughborough Futsal Development 5-3 in their first game in National League Division One North following last season's promotion.
And it was a double success for the club as the second team marked their first ever national league game in style with a resounding 15-4 victory.
Both games took place at Smithills Sports Centre with Ash Jones, two, Tom Bateman, Mihai Goia and Matt Carr on target for the first team and Declan Hackett scoring four goals, Alex Smith, Kai Lawless and Oscar Lucas all grabbing hat-tricks, and Fahid Sulemane getting two in the development team's rout of Stoke in Division Two North.
Both teams are in action again on Sunday, again at Smithills Sports Centre with the development team playing Wigan UKFA (kick off 11am) followed at 1pm by the first team playing Cheshire.
