BOLTON Futsal Club's two teams maintained their 100-per-cent winning starts in the FA National League.

The first team made it three wins out of three in Division One North with a 5-1 victory over Birmingham City Tigers, while the development team won their fourth successive game in Division Two North with a 10-3 romp against Wigan UKFA.

It has been a perfect start to the season for the first team following last season's promotion, and they claimed another three points thanks to two goals each from Matt Carr and Simon Peers and one from Jose Sabatel.

After a close first half which saw Bolton go into the break 2-1 up, the local lads picked up the pace in the second half.

It was a similar story for the development team, who are in their first season after being formed during the summer, as they produced a goal blitz after going into half time 2-1 ahead against the previously undefeated Wigan.

A turning point was when the Wigan goalkeeper had to go off injured with the score 4-2.

The Bolton scorers were Marcus Mongoro, four, Alex Jones, three, Frazer Pollock, two, and Declan Hacking, one.
