WANDERERS are set to take a bumper away following to Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday as fans look to get the focus back on matters on the pitch.

The EFL confirmed on Monday evening that the Whites' League One opener would go ahead as panned but Bury's game at home to MK Dons was suspended.

Ticket sales for the game at Adams Park were briefly suspended as the league made their decision.

But they were available again on Tuesday morning, Wycombe announcing that 515 of the 1,800 allocation in the Lords Builders Merchants Stand had been sold at lunchtime.

Due to the on-going issues at the University of Bolton Stadium, Wanderers fans have to purchase tickets from Wycombe.

"We are fully supportive and understanding of Bolton's difficult situation and we appreciate that their staff are doing everything they can to keep the club operating as normal," said the club's chairman Trevor Stroud.

"However, we are aware that they have not been able to begin selling tickets for Saturday's match and, with time running out, we've taken this step to ease inconvenience for Bolton's supporters, and to help us plan accordingly for the game."

It is an all-ticket game with no sales available on the day so tickets must need to be snapped up by 5pm on Friday.

Away coach travel for the match needs to bought directly from Tyrers Coaches.

Seats cost £26 per person with the transport leaving the University of Bolton Stadium at 9.30am on Saturday morning.
