George Thomason has signed a professional deal with Wanderers
WANDERERS have completed the signing of former Blackpool midfielder George Thomason.
The 18-year-old playmaker has made a handful of appearances in the Under-23s for Bolton, and has also played 26 times in the North West Counties League for Longridge Town.
Thomason cut his teeth at Bloomfield Road, leaving the League One club last year, and caught the eye of the Wanderers scouts in the last few months.
“It’s a childhood dream,” he said on his arrival at the UniBol.
“Becoming a professional footballer at a huge club like this is unbelievable and I’m buzzing to just kick on and get going and play for this great club.”
