WANDERERS have confirmed that the Bolton Whites Hotel has closed its doors on government advice during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A statement from the club this morning said that after taking into consideration the health and wellbeing of staff and visitors the hotel would close for business immediately until further notice.

Any customers who have a room booking will be contacted in due course to ask whether they would like to postpone or cancel their stay with Bolton Whites.

Suzanne Speak, General Manager of Bolton Whites Hotel, said: “Following the latest Government guidelines, we made the decision to close in order to further protect our colleagues and visitors as well as to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

“We are of course monitoring the situation closely and will reopen once it is safe and appropriate to do so.

“We would like to thank all our loyal guests and customers for their continued support and look forward to welcoming them back in due course.”
